Hey Jen we are sorry you feel that way. In all fairness your service widow was 12 to 2. You called at 2 and our truck was 3 minutes away. You were also told that the plumbing was on his way. Sorry for the inconvenience. As far as the woman answering the phone. I was in the room for that phone call and I disagree with you on that.
This is by far one of the worst companies that I've ever had to deal with. the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude each time that we called. it's amazing that they're in business and all they schedule an appointment with a two hour window and don't even bother to call you to tell you that they're not showing up
Anytime Plumbing and their employee Ben were great. This is the second time we have used them. Ben was friendly, honest, efficient and communicated only what really needed to be done to repair our bathroom. We will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, trutworthy plumbing services.
